1. Platform Overview
Athlete Brands provides software tools that allow agents to:
Source NIL deals
Contact brands via the Brand Library
View earnings and payout data
Request products for athletes
Process payouts through PayPal
Athlete Brands is a software provider only and does not act as a bank, escrow service, or financial advisor.
2. PayPal Integration
PayPal services are provided by PayPal, Inc.
Athlete Brands does not control PayPal accounts or transactions
All PayPal usage is subject to PayPal’s terms and policies
By connecting PayPal, you authorize Athlete Brands to access limited payment data required to operate the platform.
3. No Financial Guarantee
Athlete Brands does not guarantee:
Sales volume
Revenue or earnings
Payout timing
Acceptance of product requests
All earnings are based solely on user activity.
4. Payments & Payouts
Payouts are initiated through PayPal
Displayed earnings may be pending or estimated
Agents are responsible for:
Correct PayPal account details
Distribution of funds to athletes
Any applicable taxes or reporting
Athlete Brands is not liable for delays caused by PayPal, banking institutions, or incorrect information.
5. Agent Authority & Compliance
Agents confirm that they:
Have permission to manage payouts for listed athletes
Comply with all NIL regulations
Comply with tax and reporting obligations
Are responsible for agreements with athletes
Athlete Brands does not verify agent–athlete contracts.
6. Prohibited Use
Agents may not:
Submit false or misleading payout data
Attempt to manipulate earnings records
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Circumvent payment systems or fees
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Athlete Brands is not liable for:
Lost revenue
Payment disputes between agents and athletes
PayPal service interruptions
Compliance violations by users
